OPPORTUNITIES FOR GIVING

Estate Design Seminars:

Bethel Bible Village Children's Home presents two Estate Design seminars each year in Chattanooga: one in the spring and one in the summer. Our presenter is Mr. Ray Lyne of Irvine, CA. Ray had been involved with estate design and charitable trust planning for over 30 years.

Our seminars cover areas such as your Will and Revocable Living Trust, choosing the right executor or trustee, avoiding family conflicts, disability issues, best way to own your property, family risks issues, powers of attorney, directives to physicians, probate, gift and estate taxes, use of trusts and other matters.

We also have follow-up seminars for those who have taxable estates or highly appreciated property. These seminars are entitled "How Charitable Trust Can Make Taxes Optional"

We also have two seminars for Professional Advisors; attorneys, CPA's, insurance professionals, bank trust officers, financial planners, securities and real estate professionals. These seminars are designed to educate how charitable trusts and other arrangements can benefit their clients and customers.
